PARTICIPATION OF WORKERS
We led a successful participation program that allowed workers of companies participating in the Capitalization Process access to purchase of shares with options that depended on the final value of capitalization. This made workers realize the benefits that private participation could bring to their own investments resulting in more than 90% of employees accepting the share ownership program that in many cases resulted in funds that represented a nest egg. Investors bringing capital to companies saw partnership with workers an inviting sign for their participation.
