GOVERNANCE
After Enron, we have learnt a lot on the importance of corporate governance in both private and public companies. Those lessons are now being embraced more and more by government entities that although 100% government owned, allow the participation of private citizens in boards and the introduction of modern regulations. We assisted corporatized entities in Jordan, capitalized companies in Haiti and newly created companies in Nigeria to pursue new corporate governance practices ensuring more transparent and efficient boards acting on behalf of government interests and the public.
